Welcoming Radio Stations
We will mutually agree on welcoming rights for radio. We will need to know the following information to make the best decision:
History of the market within the past 12 months
Market rank of each station within the past 6 months
Radio Ticket Purchases
For stations wishing to purchase tickets, send them the RADIO TICKET PURCHASE FORM and have them send the completed form to your Borman Entertainment representative for approval and processing.
Radio Promotion
When you ask radio to submit their promotional proposal, we ask that they focus on Keith Urban, the support acts, and/or their music.
**If you are giving away front row tickets, please include the following clarification: "Winner will receive two tickets to the show in the first row behind the pit."
Radio Promotion Forms
We have provided specialized forms to use when soliciting proposals from radio. These forms have been created to help standardize communications with radio and other parties involved in the show.
When approaching radio stations for proposals, ask them first to submit the PRE-SALE RADIO PROMO FORM which covers the time period from initial announce through the public on sale date.
The MAINTENANCE RADIO PROMO FORM covers the time period from the on sale date until the week of the show. Stations may wait to submit this form until after the on sale date.
Secondary stations are always to be utilized for the pre-sale promotion period. These stations may or may not be involved in the maintenance campaign, depending on ticket sales.
If we sell out the show on the break, we will still want the WEEK OF SHOW RADIO PROMO FORM completed by the PRIMARY radio station(s). When you first talk to the primary stations, let them know that they will receive back-end tickets as our way of saying "thank you" for a sold out show. Please make sure you hold these tickets before the on sale, as this is already pre-approved by Borman Entertainment.
Day of show events must be cleared in advance. Complete the DAY OF SHOW FORM and return it to artist management for approval. NOTE: this form is to be completed by THE PROMOTER, not the radio station. We created the form to make sure that the station, venue, promoter, and management are all on the same page with regard to remotes, vans, inflatables, handouts, signage, and so forth. Also note that radio stations are permitted to broadcast live from their setups in the concourse or outside the venue. Broadcasting from the backstage area, however, is prohibited.

Radio Promotion Ideas
Below are several promotional ideas you can utilize at radio in support of the tour. Please copy and paste to forward any of these to radio; they can then alter them to fit their programming style and incorporate them into their proposals. Whether you choose to use one of these ideas or your own, we ask that any promotions be focused on Keith and/or his music.
